Job Description

Protential Group are recruiting for a Trade Counter Sales Assistants for their client who provide a wide range of services including Bathroom Sales, Agri and Garden Centre.

The Role

  • Serving customers with efficiency and in a positive manner.
  • Offering advice and guidance to customers with product selection.
  • Handling cash and issuing sales invoices.
  • Dealing with customer queries.

Your Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar Hardware/DIY role essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to take direction as well use their own initiative.
  • Work well as part of a busy team.
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers.
  • Understand building material products and current building regulations.
  • Be an excellent communicator and under stand customer needs.
