Protential Group are recruiting a motivated and experienced Dairy Farm Managers to lead the on-farm team and oversee daily operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications and experience to further their career while working in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Milking – supervise, maintain equipment, and ensure hygiene and milk recordings
• Ability to work with budgets and keep good records
• Ability to AI
• Must be a hands-on person
• Hard-working deadline-driven and diligent
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Maintenance orientated
• Herd health – monitor health, vaccination plan, calving and breeding
• Grassland management – measures and soil fertility
• Fertiliser spreading and winter feeding

Qualifications:

• 3-years work experience in the dairy industry
• Valid driver’s license
