Data Controller
Protential Group is a trading name of Bluestone Personnel Ltd., and we are registered as a data controller in Ireland in relation to General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Protential Group report to the Irish Office of the Data Protection Commissioner regarding all data protection matters within the Organisation. Protential Group promise that all data you send to us will be used lawfully. We also promise you that the data submitted by you will only be used in accordance with the purposes as set out in this policy.
How we collect and use Personal Information
During your engagement with Protential Group you may give us information by submitting applications on our website, Protential Group.com and or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, in person or otherwise. We ask you to disclose only as much information as is necessary to provide you with our services and common to all recruitment services, we will keep your data on our database with your consent.
By engaging with our services, you agree to Protential Group using your personal information for the following.
- Assess your suitability for vacancies which we may have.
- Give your information to our clients whilst putting you forward as a candidate for vacancies or to assess your suitability for vacancies that we may have.
- When your information is sent to a client, we will automatically notify you by email, phone or otherwise when this has been done, to which client it has been sent and for what purpose so that you know where else your data has been submitted and stored. Sensitive identifying information will be removed from forwarding correspondence.
- We may send you information about relevant job opportunities.
- We may share personal information, when required by law, with third parties for the purposes of detection or prevention of crime, the collection of taxes or duties or to comply with any applicable law and court orders.
- We may deal with third parties to obtain relevant references, qualifications, criminal reference checking services and/or psychometric evaluation or skill tests.
- These will be advised to you as part of the process, and you have the option to decline.
Employees of Protential Group
If you are being employed by Protential Group some additional personal information is required to facilitate employment, compliance, and payment services, such as bank account details, national identification numbers and visa details. We will only hold this information for as long as required to provide employment services and will be deleted when you have not been an employee for a period of 12 months or more.
Protential Group reserves the right to provide your data to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership, or transfer of all the assets of our company in circumstances where the third party agrees to observe the terms of this Privacy Policy. Protential Group will notify you of such circumstances and you will be afforded an opportunity to opt-out.

The information that you have provided to us may be available to personnel working in Protential Group, our clients, and the third parties as set out above. Your personal data stored and processed within the European Economic Area.
Protential Group will use our best endeavours to guarantee that all Personal Data that you submit to us is maintained and up to date. However, it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your Personal Data to ensure that it is up to date.

You may at any time request that we change, update, delete or provide you with a copy of information currently held.
Where we currently hold personal information about you, you may at any time request that we modify, update, erase or provide a copy of this information to you.
